What you need to know

1. Sessions

~ Your session fee covers the time and skill of photographers creative editing of images.

~ 1-3 hour photography SHOOT depending of package selected

~ Online gallery with print release

~ extra images can be purchased for an additional $10.00 each.

~ A wide range of props to choose from.

~Preferred colour choices will be discussed before session to maximize time

~ Prices shown does not include HST

2. Fees

~ Client agrees to pay a $50.00 deposit at the time of booking to secure their Photographer's time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes towards your session. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.

~ If the CLIENT cancels the session for any reason within 72 hours of scheduled appointment, the initial payment will not be returned. Only moved if baby has not been born yet or sick.

3. Work Product

~ PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver a gallery of unedited proofs ( depending on package chosen ) within ( 7 business days ) for CLIENT to choose photos. PHOTOGRAPHER will deliver edited pictures to CLIENT no more then ( 21 business days ) after the date of the SHOOT via pixiset. Client agrees that the proofs are the exclusive property of the PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT has no right to these photos except for licensed for CLIENT'S personal use only.

4. Editing

~ When you book with me, you have given me full reign over artistic editing of your photos. My editing includes softening skin, removing blemishes or bumps, brightening, smooth texture and sharpen to bring out features. This does not include digital surgery or any changes to client's physical appearance or shape.

5. Indemnification

~ PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT agree that PHOTOGRAPHER is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the SHOOT.

~ CLIENT understands and agrees that the PHOTOGRAPHER is not required to maintain copies of the photos from the shoot 90 days after the photos have been delivered.

~ CLIENT agrees to hold the PHOTOGRAPHER harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the CLIENT poses or works with PHOTOGRAPHER.

~CLIENT is responsible for the supervision of older siblings at all times.

6. Exclusive Photographer

When you book with me you have agreed and understand that no other party other than the PHOTOGRAPHER may take pictures during the session of any poses, lighting situations or setups made by the PHOTOGRAPHER . This slows's down the photographer's work and violates the photographer right to take pictures of the event. CLIENT agrees to take responsibility for insisting that no person(s) get in the way of the PHOTOGRAPHER or take pictures in these situations

7. Model Release

CLIENT grants permission to PHOTOGRAPHER and it's assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use CLIENT'S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, or any and all other uses. Therefore, PHOTOGRAPHER may use CLIENT'S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER'S website or other advertising. Babies name will never be released with a photo for your privacy.

8. Client Usage

A print release is provided with digital files to print portraits for personal use. the print release does not allow publication of your portraits meaning selling or altering of your images without the photographer's written permission

9. Re-Shoots or Refunds

~ Re-shoots will be determined by the discretion of the PHOTOGRAPHER.

~ Refunds will no be given for poor makeup, hair, clothing or not following the recommendations of the PHOTOGRAPHER.

~ in the unlikely event that the finished product is unusable due to camera failure or exposure problems PHOTOGRAPHER will re-shoot at no additional charge.
